Warehouse Operator - 

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking all incoming materials. Pulling and shipping daily orders, including recording lot numbers on picking tickets. Perform inspection and maintenance on forklifts and hand trucks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

Review scheduled Purchase Orders for incoming deliveries. Notify Quality Assurance on the arrival of all incoming material for quality check. Compare information on the purchase order to information on the Bill of Lading and packing list. Unload trucks using a forklift. Record count, pack size, and lot numbers on the receiving ticket. Record any discrepancies in count, pack size or damage on the Bill of Lading.  Sign the necessary paperwork to acknowledge receipt of delivery.  Record receipt of materials in the Receiving Book. Store ingredients received in the appropriate warehouse location.  Rotate stock according to the First Expired lot code. Restack product on pallets, if necessary. Refer to Work Orders for orders to be blended during the shift.  Check the daily production schedule and blending order. Pull Work Order and record start time. Pull raw ingredients for the rest of the blend from the warehouse. Verify weights and product numbers of ingredients pulled. Record lot numbers of ingredients on Work Order. Stage the raw ingredients to be blended in the Blending Staging Area. Advise Quality Assurance of blends in the Staging Area. Pull daily orders. Record lot numbers and piece count on the picking ticket. Verify product label, quantity, and weight of each product. Palletize large shipments using stretch wrap and affix the proper pallet label. Place the packing slip on the shipment. Enter shipping information into the computer for all UPS and/or FedEx Ground shipments. Clean the work area at the end of the shift. Inspect Truck/Trailer to ensure product safety, cleanliness, etc. Perform housekeeping tasks in the warehouse as necessary.  Perform other related duties as assigned. 

1st Shift - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm - Monday through Friday

Requirements:

High School Diploma or a GED, 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, and  2 years of computer experience.  Forklift experience required. 

Preferred:

High School Diploma, or two years of technical college, 2 years of warehouse experience, 2+ years of food manufacturing experience, 2+ years of computer experience in Microsoft Suite, and Google.

Assists the Inventory Manager in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring data integrity across multiple sites, and supporting purchasing activities to maintain optimal stock levels. This role bridges inventory control, data analysis, and procurement coordination to support efficient operations, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.

Licensed Personal Insurance Salesperson

Provide day-to-day service support, including policy changes, coverage questions, etc. Maintain a current book of business. No cold calling. In an office position in Enid. Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external teams.

A license is required for this position. Will consider someone with experience who has a lapsed license if they are willing to renew it.

WEEKEND SHIFT

Brake Press Operator - Able to read a tape measure, have common sense, and be reliable.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6 AM - 6:30 PM.  Able to read a tape measure, have common sense, and be reliable.  Steel-toed boots required.

Mover/ Driver Safely operate a 26-foot box truck without needing a CDL. Will be packing, loading, and transporting customer belongings. This position is physically demanding. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted. Customer service experience is required. Access to VAFB is also required so you must have a valid Real ID and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Legal Assistant with excellent customer service skills. Requirements for this position are as follows.  Not a lot of contact with clients.  Mainly scheduling appointments and gathering medical information. Confidentiality a must.  

Multi-task, Fast learner, High call volume.  Clerical experience.  Verifiable work experience with longevity.  Professionalism, task-oriented, excellent personality, proficient typing skills.  Excellent punctuality.

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Safely operate roll off trucks to transport containers to customer and job sites. Deliver, drop, pick up, and haul roll off containers using roll off hoist systems. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues. Secure loads properly and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

Must have a valid CDL Class B license. Class A not required but accepted.

Mechanic Helper/Laborer - Must be mechanically inclined. Tearing down engines & clean them. Experience in hydraulic cylinders is preferred but not required, putting them back together. Must be able to read a non-digital micrometer & have machine shop knowledge & be willing to be trained.

Supervisor: Responsible for checking people in at 5 pm and sending them to their area. Will be going around helping out all night at different areas and making sure people are working and at there position. Will be responsible for checking them out at the end of their shift.

Will also supervise the janitorial on FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY MORNING UNTIL FINISHED

Will also help with beverage runners from 10 pm - 2:30 am.

Hospitality help. Help in the hospitality area on the South end.... Will do trash removal help with keeping the area clean, etc.

Must report to the hospitality area on the south end at 5 pm.
