Staff Accountant / Accounts Receivable

Responsible for managing accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliations, and collections. Assists with month-end and year-end closing activities, prepares journal entries, reconciles general ledger accounts, and ensures accurate financial records. Maintains customer accounts, resolves billing discrepancies, supports audits, and collaborates with internal departments to improve accounting processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Packer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complies with the company's safety policies and abides by all federal and state regulations
• Unloading the dehydrator
• Unracking and quality assurance of cooked product
• Run product through slicer and sort for quality assurance
• Run bagger machine to dispense product
• Dispense product in bags
• Weigh the bags to meet company specification
• Seal the bags and ensure proper vacuum per company standards
• Preparing product for shipping
• Palletize and deliver to warehouse
• Safety sensitive in accordance with OSHA guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Functions:

• Able to stand/walk 8 to 9 hours a day
• Bend/stoop, squat, twist, reach above shoulder frequently, stack, and kneel
• Must be able to lift or carry up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to push or pull a cart up to 60 pounds
• Work in an environment with various odors
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends
• Must be able to work in hot and dry environment up to 130 degrees occasionally and up to 80 degrees frequently. These areas may have slippery walking surfaces.

"We are looking for someone who is a little more acclimated to physical labor and will have no issues with standing/walking 8 to 9 hours a day, lifting or carrying up to 30 pounds, and able to push or pull a cart up to 60 pounds. "

Performs routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks and replacements, tire rotations, battery inspections, and basic preventive maintenance. They inspect vehicles for potential issues, maintain a clean work area, and provide quality customer service while following safety procedures.

Must have a valid driver's license and previous experience working as a mechanic or lube/tire tech. Basic mechanical knowledge, proficient with hand tools, and strong attention to detail.

Loading boxes, picking orders, palletizing. Must be able to work in small confined spaces with large walking hazards. The area in pallet world is you will be wrapping the pallets in plastic. You will need to work in a very tight space and be able to walk around things on the floor or sticking out from the wall.

Lift up to 50lbs. continously for 2 hours at a time over the course of 8 hours is possible depending on the line you get on. Consistent bending and twisting of the body are also needed for this position. Ability to communicate in English is required.

Will be following the guidance of a line lead.

Legal Assistant

Overview: Provide administrative support to Attorney, handle communication with clients, locate and develop case relevant information. Someone with experience in legal field, a familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Candidate must be able to follow directions, be able to multi-task and have a sense of urgency.

Full Time. 8:00AM-5:00PM. Mon-Fri Temporary to Permanent placement with well established regional law firm. 

Requirements: Must be proficient with Office 365. Must have office experience with legal or administrative assistant preferred. Must be very independent but friendly and adaptable and ready to talk to potential clients, staff and other offices. Must be highly detailed, confidential and fast paced. Must be able to work alone and as a team. Must be able to operate business machines. Ie. fax, copy, computer, phones, etc. Extended periods of sitting but also some light lifting of files up to 15 pounds

Sanitation/ Washroom

Responsible for staging carts throughout the shift, loading and unloading the rack washer, and operating a power washer to thoroughly clean carts and equipment. Inspects carts to ensure they are clean and free of debris while maintaining food safety standards (GMP). Performs additional sanitation and washroom duties as assigned in a fast-paced production environment.

Experience Required:

Previous sanitation, janitorial, or power washing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of reading, writing, and communicating in English or Spanish. Knowledge of food safety practices (GMP) is a plus.

Additional Information:

Candidates must be able to stand for 8–9 hours, frequently bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach overhead, and lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds. The work environment involves strong odors, cleaning chemicals, hot and damp conditions (up to 125°F), and slippery floors. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Dock labor, repalletizing freight. Build box kits. Sweep cleaning. 10am-3-4pm m-f Will do other tasks as assigned...must be able to read and write Forklift expreriience preferred

FSQA Associate

Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards throughout the production process by conducting inspections, verifying compliance with HACCP and SQF programs, and ensuring accurate documentation. Communicate with production staff to address quality concerns, assist with audits and certifications, verify equipment calibration and production records, and help ensure products meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred. Must be able to work independently, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and have excellent attention to detail.
