Director/Mechanic

The Transportation Director/Mechanic oversees the safe, efficient operation of a school district’s transportation system while also performing mechanical maintenance on buses and fleet vehicles.

Job Summary: The Mechanic's role combines administrative leadership and hands-on mechanical expertise. The director-mechanic supervises transportation staff, helps plan bus routes and schedules, ensures compliance with state and federal transportation safety standards, and personally performs or oversees vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Typical Responsibilities• Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues in district vehicles, including engines, brakes, and electrical systems.• Perform or coordinate preventive maintenance on buses and fleet vehicles.• Ensure compliance with safety inspections• Drive bus routes when needed.• Manage records of maintenance.• Coordinate with administrators, schools, and parents regarding transportation needs and concerns.• Helps prepare and monitor transportation budgets and supply inventories.

Parts stacker/puller: Pulling parts off the machine and stacking them up. Various tasks as assigned 1st shift M-Th 6a-4:30p

Welder-Mig and Stick

Location of the job will be in Enid. No traveling required.

Material Handling:

Load, unload, and move metal pieces, pipes, and other workpieces to the work area.

Tool and Equipment Maintenance:

Handle, clean, and maintain welding equipment, ensuring it's in proper working condition.

Workpiece Preparation:

Clean metal pieces by removing impurities like rust and slag using brushes, grinders, or other tools.

Physical Assistance:

Hold or secure workpieces, tools, and materials in place as directed by the welder.

Basic Tool Operation:

Operate hand tools and power tools, such as grinders, to cut, polish, or prepare materials for welding.

Reading and Interpretation:

Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings to understand project specifications and material requirements.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all relevant safety procedures and protocols, identify potential hazards, and ensure a safe working environment.

Material and Equipment Preparation:

Prepare work areas, tools, and materials for welding jobs, which includes cleaning and organizing the space.

While a high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred, experience and on-the-job training are highly valued. Key qualifications include:

Physical fitness: The ability to lift heavy objects-up to 70lbs., perform strenuous physical labor, and stand for long periods. Safety awareness: A sharp eye for safety hazards and the ability to follow all safety procedures and regulations. Teamwork and communication: The ability to work closely and communicate effectively with welders and other team members. Mechanical aptitude: Basic familiarity with various tools and mechanical processes. Attention to detail: An organized approach and strong attention to detail to ensure materials and equipment are properly prepared and maintained. Technical knowledge: A basic understanding of different types of metals and welding procedures is a plus.

Trimmer

Trimming beef and pig carcasses. Must be able to bend, stretch, lift and stand in one place for up to 8 hours at a time. 37 degree work environment. Will be using sharp knives and saws to trim meat. This position is entry level so no experience required, just need to be able to have the intelligence to be trained.

Lift up to 60lbs

Must be physically fit and have no issues with hands or wrists doing a repetitive motion.

M-F 8AM-5PM some Saturdays 1 hour lunch

Medical Billing Specialist

Overview: Will perform receptionist task and also medical billing coordinate with insurance providers.

Greet patients and visitors. Answer and route phone calls. Operate computers, copiers and other technology. Will deal with insurance providers and patient families. Will organize, file and help maintain the front office and waiting room as needed.

Requirements and Preferences:

Receptionist experience is preferred. Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 15 pounds. Must be able to sort and file documents. Must be highly organized and detailed. Must be adaptable and understanding to children/adults/families with challenging situations such as Autism or ADHD. Must have excellent phone etiquette.

 Overview: The Assistant Manager’s primary responsibility is to learn the overall operations of the Loan office to become promotable through the ranks of the Company. Promote teamwork with the Manager and Coworkers to achieve success. Contributes knowledge and experience to enhance success of both self and the company

Essential duties required to carry out this job.

Able to stoop, bend, and stand for filing or light cleaning, etc. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle during work hours for errands and field visits to customers. Must maintain current vehicle insurance coverage. Understand, carry out, and remember simple instructions. The ability to complete a normal workday and 40 hour workweek. Able to perform at a consistent pace without an unreasonable or excessive number and length of rest periods or breaks with reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or Equivalent. Experience in Customer Service either / or on the Telephone and in person. Computer knowledge.

Licenses –Must have a valid Driver’s License

Physical abilities - Must be physically able to operate a motor vehicle without impairment.  Must be mentally / physically able to conduct office work without impairment.  Must able to lift 25 – 30 lbs

Class A CDL truck driver - candidate needs to have oilfield experience.  Could be going out of town.

Accounting Assistant

Job Description: Support oil and gas revenue processing, including coding and allocating revenue to appropriate accounts and cost centers. Maintain accounting records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Assist with monthly close processes, including reconciliations and data entry. Assist with preparation and maintenance of division order files. Prepare and assist with Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) regulatory reports and filings. Will also Review, process, and code accounts payable invoices. Willing to train on AP.

Experience:Background in a legal office/courthouse STRONGLY suggested along with a general knowledge of the oil & gas industry. Intermediate level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualitites:Honest, Excellent communicator both verbal and written, works well in an office setting

Education:High School Diploma requiredSome college preferred

Schedule:Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with one hour lunch, Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Shag Driver: someone who can move the trailers around in the yard. Does not require class A,B, or C license. Candidate must know how to backup trailers of all types. They will pick up trailers at the dock and move them to the yard.
