Warehouse/Delivery Driver

Picking up orders, organizing the warehouse, delivering parts, and assisting with other duties as needed. Will operate a telehandler/forklift and drive a truck with a trailer attached as needed. Work will be primarily indoors but may include grounds upkeep and exposure to all weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license, forklift experience, and general warehouse experience required. Experience driving a truck with a trailer attached preferred.

Summary: An Electrical Journeyman installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in commercial, residential, or industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical wiring, control panels, and lighting systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems, apparatuses, and components using test equipment.
• Inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
• Direct and mentor apprentices on job sites to ensure safety and proper technique.
• Complete work orders and record materials used using company software or paper logs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Electrical Journeyman License issued by the state or municipality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols (OSHA).
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing devices (multimeters, ohmmeters).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions or confined spaces.

We are currently hiring for 3rd shift (9pm-5am). Dorm Staff/Driver/Security positions.

Duties include:

• Driving company vans locally and out of town
• Transporting clients to work and appointments
• Supervising clients and conducting head counts
• Collecting UAs and performing security-related duties
• Basic office/paperwork functions

Requirements:

• Security/law enforcement experience preferred but **not required—**we will train.

Painting, apartment repairs, maintenance, refrigerators and appliances + basic knowledge how clear/fix garbage disposals & appliances. Go up and down stairs, regularly.

General Maintenance

Perform duties as assigned to maintain optimum operation. Including but not limited to: grounds work, general plumbing repairs, general carpentry(drywall, sheetrock, mudding, painting, etc.), general electric repairs, event setup, moving furniture/appliances, occasional construction/concrete work. Advise supervisor of needed maintenance tools, supplies and equipment and whether a repair requires a separate work order to a Maintenance Technician or the use of a licensed tradesperson. Advise supervisor of any concern regarding the condition or maintenance of equipment. Report any program compliance violations. Once settled into the position and familiar with the grounds, must be willing to serve on a rotating on call schedule, generally one weekend per month. While on call, the employee must be available to respond to emergency maintenance issues occurring outside regular work hours. Emergencies may include lockouts, HVAC outages, plumbing failures, utility interruptions, or other situations requiring immediate response. The frequency of emergency call outs varies and may be minimal during on call period.

Ability to use extendable boom forklift, forklift (sit down, stand-up, or motorized pallet jacks), high reach (aerial lift), backhoe/frontend loader, and tractor required.

License in related fields and or 2 – 3 years of experience working as a preventive maintenance technician, preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the individual is required to lift greater than 25 pounds or more; will require repetitive reaching, pushing/pulling, bending, twisting; will require working at heights greater than 4 feet, might require welding, cutting, brazing, and working with an open flame. Kitchen helper. Help in all aspects of the kitchen and lunchroom operations. Prep meals, cook and clean the kitchen area. Serve food to students and staff. Standing most of the day with repetitive motion. General help cleaning the cafeteria. 
6-6.5 hours a day and will be on feet for the majority of the shift.

2nd Shift Machine Operator 4:00PM - 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Learn to operate/setup/maintain machine tools, robots, saws, presses, crimpers and lathes. Must be good at math, have mechanical ability using hand tools and measuring devices. Will perform inspections, sand, file, shape and clean parts as needed. Will rig and operate overhead cranes as needed. Computer knowledge is helpful. Must be highly organized, highly detailed, possess common sense and have the ability to pass a basic math test. Must be able to follow simple instructions via reading, writing, and orally.
Ability to work in hot/cool environments. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, ability to bend & stoop. Must have the ability to visually inspect and feel parts for inspection. Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25lbs. Must be a team player willing to communicate, follow & accept instructions.
