Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Case Manager to join a correctional reentry and work-release facility. This position involves assisting incarcerated individuals as they prepare for reintegration into the community while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and correctional guidelines.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily case management needs for individuals participating in a correctional work-release program.

Assist with sentence-related documentation, custody assessments, and adjustment reviews.

Coordinate intake procedures and maintain accurate case records.

Develop and assist with pre-release planning and transition processes.

Process documentation related to parole and electronic monitoring programs.

Enter, update, and maintain information in correctional database systems.

Monitor compliance with facility policies, procedures, and program requirements.

Communicate professionally with facility personnel, correctional staff, and program participants.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate, timely documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must have no felony convictions.

Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and even temperament in a correctional setting.

Must be reliable, dependable, and capable of consistently enforcing established rules and procedures.

Previous experience in corrections, probation, case management, or group supervision preferred but not required.

Must be willing to complete required on-site training.

Training

: On-site training will be provided to ensure the selected candidate understands applicable correctional procedures, case management responsibilities, and documentation requirements.

1st shift Quality Inspector - Level 1

Quality assurance work history is preferred but not required. Must have basic math and computer skills

Reads and interprets blueprints. Verifies specified dimensions and/or specifications of product or material using calipers, micrometers and height gauges. Runs special tests including hydrostat, pneumatic, and hardness. Completes first run sample checks. Completes round checks on parts. Rejects and identifies non-conforming products or materials. Records results of inspections electronically. Receives and processes RMAs. Inspects parts at receiving areas.

The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision to check dimensional accuracies and surface defects, and depth perception to see different configuration of parts

2nd Shift Day Labor Food Preparation

• Preparing raw materials for processing.
• Ensuring ingredients meet quality standards. Machine Operation
• Operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Performing routine maintenance on equipment.

Could possibly do other jobs as instructed

Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to Load/unload trucks & Railcars, Operate forklifts, skid steers, grain dryers, and similar equipment. Utilize computerized system to process data. Take flour samples for QA. General maintenance, inspect equipment, and housekeeping duties. Assist operations personnel and supervisors as needed. There will be prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders. working in variety of weather conditions. Regularly lifting up to 55lbs unassisted.

Ensure meals are served on schedule and meet quality and nutritional standards. Order food, supplies, and kitchen equipment as needed. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise cafeteria personnel. Develop menus that are cost-effective, nutritious, and appealing to students. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety regulations. Previous kitchen management experience desired.

Sales Consultant

Responsible for managing inventory, maintaining strong product knowledge, and providing excellent customer service through consistent client follow-up. This role requires clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while supporting daily sales and operational functions.

Knowledge of common sales and titling processes. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Ability to perform effectively under pressure. Previous automotive experience preferred.
