Requirements:

·         Must be able to lift 50 pounds

·         Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary: Interview and screen candidates to ensure skills will fit with existing or upcoming assignments. Coordinate interview process with appropriate parties.

Essential Functions:• Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for clerical, technical, general labor, administrative and management positions throughout TPI’s clients.• Perform background reference investigation, i.e., prior employment references, transcripts, etc. to gain adequate information for decision making.• Conduct drug testing and screen employees on a need basis for the clients of TPI.• Maintain and update all employee applications and job orders.• Ensure all documentation is received and completed when placing applicants on an assignment.• Make arrival calls to assure that employees have arrived on the job.• Communicate with clients on a regular basis to ensure all needs are being met.• Field phone calls for any problems or dissatisfaction by employees and/or clients.• Take inquiries from new customers – explain and obtain information. Tests electrical and equipment and parts for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance. Installs, repairs, or replaces AC/DC motors and drives, transformers, motors, starters, relays, and hydraulic and gas electrical controls. Installs repairs, or replaces electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes.

Route Driver - deliver products and stock to vending machines and micro markets. When at the office, will work in the warehouse. Computer literate, able to lift up to 75#s
