General Labor for an oilfield construction company.

Overview: Duties may include shoveling rock, turning wrenches, and other manual labor assigned; including heavy lifting; will be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Work environment is dirty. *Must be Working willing to work 8 to14 hrs per day, some Saturdays. 99% local work and home every night. Report to work at 6:45AM at the yard. Temporary position with the long term opportunity with the company. No end date for this job as long as things stay busy. Uniform will be provided via a small payroll deduction over the course of eight weeks.

Requirements: Constant lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds unassisted through the day and periodcally up to 150 pounds assisted. Comfortable working in confinded areas as needed and often climbing ladders. Significant amounts of walking, standing, bending, pushing, and flexing both on the ground and on related structures such as tank batterys and pump jacks. Comfortable working on crews and in all weather conditions.

Preferred: Oil field experience preferred but not required; driver's license preferred but not required.

Journeyman

Must be a licensed journeyman in the state of Oklahoma.

Installation: Install electrical components, equipment, and fixtures, including wiring, power supplies, circuit breakers, switches, and outlets, following blueprints and schematics. Repair and maintenance: Diagnose and fix problems in electrical systems, troubleshoot outages, and perform routine maintenance on equipment like panels, motors, and lighting systems. Inspection: Inspect existing wiring, components, and electrical products to ensure they are safe and meet all required building codes and regulations. Upgrading: Upgrade existing electrical systems to improve performance, enhance safety, and reduce energy costs. Troubleshooting: Use knowledge of electrical systems to identify issues and develop solutions for them. Training: Supervise and train apprentice electricians, instructing them on safe work practices and helping to guide their development. Safety and compliance: Follow all safety regulations, such as OSHA requirements, and ensure that all work meets local and national electrical codes. Qualifications and skills Completed an electrician apprenticeship. Holds a state-issued electrician's license. Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Skilled in using a wide range of tools, including power tools and testing equipment. Strong problem-solving skills. Physical ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and platforms. Electrical apprentice -

Key Responsibilities

Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.

Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using hand tools and power tools.

Pull wire through conduit and perform basic wiring connections.

Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.

Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety codes during installation and repair work.

Support troubleshooting efforts and perform basic electrical testing under supervision.

Adhere to company and industry safety standards and regulations.

Keep work areas clean and organized.

Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in a state-approved electrical apprenticeship program.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and materials preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Physically capable of performing electrical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Spindle Tech

Strong Mechanical Aptitude and attention to detail. Experience with CNC Machining, grinding, or spindle repair is preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Must be a team player and commit to quality workmanship.

Medical Billing Specialist/Medical Assistant 

Overview: Full Time 

Monday to Friday. 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM Two years or more of medical billing and coding experience is preferred.

Tasks:

Prepare and submit claims via electronic or paper. Follow up on denied claims. Answer questions from patients, staff and providers. Identify and resolve billing issues. Evaluate the patient's financial status and establish budget plans with them. Reports and collects delinquent accounts.

Perform collections. Submit and follow-up claims to third-party payers.

Process payments from insurance companies.

Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.

Skills/Experience Required:

Knowledge of medical billing/collection practices.

Knowledge of computer programs, computer operations and basic office programs.

Knowledge of business office procedures.

Knowledge of basic medical coding and third-party operating procedures.

Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system in a pleasant and helpful manner.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public.

Must be well organized and detail-oriented.

Filing, answering phones, and providing customer service to customers with orders and payments, etc.

Will also do some work in the warehouse.

The Billing Clerk is responsible for processing, submitting, and following up on insurance claims to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement. This role requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and TriCare billing platforms. The Billing Clerk is in charge of all patient account collection efforts, including, but not limited to, generating patient statements, making payment arrangements, collecting on accounts, monitoring, and pursuing delinquent accounts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of two (2) years of previous medical billing and/or outpatient claims experience preferred.  Certificate in Medical Billing/Coding and/or Associate’s Degree in Health Information Management, Business, or related field preferred. Proficiency in CPT medical billing codes. Familiar with Medicare/Medicare Advantage, OHCA, and TriCare billing platforms. Essential Job Functions:

Generate and submit insurance claims to commercial, government, and third-party payers in accordance with established guidelines.  Monitor aging reports and follow up promptly on unpaid, underpaid, or pending claims. Research and resolve claim denials, discrepancies, and rejections by submitting appeals, corrections, or additional documentation. Accurately post insurance payments, contractual adjustments, and patient responsibility amounts to accounts. Communicate with insurance companies and patients to resolve claim and billing issues. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and payer-specific billing requirements. Document all actions taken in claim files and billing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist with preparing reports related to claim activity, reimbursement trends, and outstanding balances.
