Performs all steps required to inject wax patterns. Such as operating one or more presses simultaneously, following written instructions, keeping count of parts , and filling out reports.

The wax press operator selects the correct die from storage and sets up the wax press for the die.

Places die in proper position, starts the press, disassembles the die (often with tools), loosens pattern from die and inspects it for defects.

Handles parts in a careful and controlled manner to prevent flaws or changes in the pattern dimensions.

Handle daily routine maintenance on presses.

Maintain good housekeeping procedures in work area.

The janitor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the production & office areas daily.

These duties will include: Tending to the Flag (Putting up & taking down). Sweeping, Mopping, Dusting. Collecting & disposing of trash. Cleaning and Stocking Restrooms. Construction Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record and categorize all financial transactions within the correct chart of accounts
• Apply proper debit and credit principles to ensure balanced and compliant financial records
• Ensure job cost transactions are correctly coded to projects, cost codes, and divisions
• Properly record and capitalize asset purchases (equipment, vehicles, tools, etc.)
• Maintain accurate classification of expenses vs. capital expenditures
• Produce monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Assist in preparation of Work-In-Progress (WIP) schedules
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and equipment notes
• Maintain accuracy of fixed asset schedules and depreciation tracking
• Support CPA and executive leadership with clean, organized financial reporting
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure billing and job cost alignment

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in construction accounting or job cost accounting
• Strong understanding of: o Debits and credits o Chart of accounts structure o Asset capitalization o Job cost coding
• Experience with QuickBooks (Enterprise preferred) or similar accounting software
• Ability to produce and analyze financial statements
• High attention to detail and accuracy

POSITION SUMMARY: The forklift driver is responsible for the proficient and safe use of the forklift in moving, lifting, and packing raw material. They will also ensure the safe and efficient use of the vehicle, perform daily safety checks, report defects, and securing and balancing loads.

Maintains new- and used- vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standard Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
