Inventory Clerk
1st Shift, 5AM-5PM. They have to have forklift experience, they don't have to be certified because they have someone who will certify them on-site on their first day.

POSITION SUMMARY: The forklift driver is responsible for the proficient and safe use of the forklift in moving, lifting, and packing raw material. They will also ensure the safe and efficient use of the vehicle, perform daily safety checks, report defects, and secure and balance loads.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may.")
- Safely operate forklift equipment required in these operations.• Receive and store raw material.• Maintain accurate inventory records.• Correct any inventory inaccuracies discovered when pulling material.• Conduct physical inventory cycle counts and location audits to determine the accuracy of inventory balances.• Pull raw material from stock and deliver to the required department.• Stock received material and provide part location information to be entered into the computer records.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully passes background check, pre-employment drug screening, an any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).• In-person, predictable attendance
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent certificate.• Experience in a manufacturing environment not required, but highly desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES
- Excellent speaking, writing and listening skills.• High school diploma or GED• High level of manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.• Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity.• Capable of working in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Daily required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach and squat/kneel. Work environment includes exposure to hazardous materials, operating conditions, audio up to 85 dB and inclement weather, including typical and atypical outdoor elements and extreme cold and hot weather temperatures. Given these conditions employees are required to wear company mandated and issued personal protective equipment (PPE) (long-sleeve shirt/jeans, steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear protection, and gloves) and must strictly adhere to all safety policies. Forklift drivers are regularly required to lift heavy objects; therefore, the Forklift driver must be able to lift 49 lbs. independently and 50 - 100 lbs. with a team lift.
Work hours may include or includes early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
