Accounting Assistant

Job Description: Support oil and gas revenue processing, including coding and allocating revenue to appropriate accounts and cost centers. Maintain accounting records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Assist with monthly close processes, including reconciliations and data entry. Assist with preparation and maintenance of division order files. Prepare and assist with Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) regulatory reports and filings. Will also Review, process, and code accounts payable invoices. Willing to train on AP.

Experience:Background in a legal office/courthouse STRONGLY suggested along with a general knowledge of the oil & gas industry. Intermediate level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualitites:Honest, Excellent communicator both verbal and written, works well in an office setting

Education:High School Diploma requiredSome college preferred

Schedule:Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with one hour lunch, Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complies with the company's safety policies and abides by all federal and state regulations
• Unloading the dehydrator
• Unracking and quality assurance of cooked product
• Run product through slicer and sort for quality assurance
• Run bagger machine to dispense product
• Dispense product in bags
• Weigh the bags to meet company specification
• Seal the bags and ensure proper vacuum per company standards
• Preparing product for shipping
• Palletize and deliver to warehouse
• Safety sensitive in accordance with OSHA guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Functions:

• Able to stand/walk 8 to 9 hours a day
• Bend/stoop, squat, twist, reach above shoulder frequently, stack, and kneel
• Must be able to lift or carry up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to push or pull a cart up to 60 pounds
• Work in an environment with various odors
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends
• Must be able to work in hot and dry environment up to 130 degrees occasionally and up to 80 degrees frequently. These areas may have slippery walking surfaces.

General labor: Hanging Christmas lights and helping take down them down. Someone polite and be presentable...customer service is a MUST. Valid DL.  Must be a hard worker and not afraid of heights...After December will be part of the irrigation crew.

Shag Driver: someone who can move the trailers around in the yard. Does not require class A,B, or C license. Candidate must know how to backup trailers of all types. They will pick up trailers at the dock and move them to the yard.

Hours: Full Time Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM, with a one hour lunch.

Requirements:

Lifting will be minimal in this role, the employee must be able to write, highlight, read, answer phones and sit for extended periods of time. Strong computer and math skills. Attention to detail.

EXPERIENCED EQUIPMENT OPERATORS.  CDL class A or B, Tanker experience a plus, will operate multiple types of equipment, skid steers,  dozers, vac trucks etc. Responsible for keeping them in working order. This is a working position so they will do other work as directed. No TWIC card needed and pass DISA background and drug test.

WAITING FOR PAY RATE POSITION PURPOSE: The primary purpose of the Maintenance Electrician is to maintain and repair all existing electrical systems and install or assist with installation of all new electrical systems, new equipment, facility repairs and upgrades. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Properly maintain the facility electrical systems, thus enabling operations to meet production demands by focusing on continuous improvement and development. 2. Plan, layout, install and repair a wide variety of complex electrical equipment including automated machinery and process controls, control centers and panels, relays, circuit breakers, electronic controls and other equipment. 3. Maintain a high level of urgency when assisting with trouble calls. 4. Complete all installations, PM’s and other maintenance through documentation of work orders and if needed the downtime log. Discuss all repairs with Operators, Production Managers, Engineering Supervisor, and engineers to ensure customers’ needs are fulfilled. 5. Coordinate trouble response efforts and the need to complete p.m. tasks in a timely manner, with fellow engineers and the production schedule to maximize uptime. 6. Communicate with Engineering Team Leaders, Production Managers, Production Associates, and fellow Engineers when performing work in production areas. 7. Communicate with the Engineering Parts Coordinator to insure adequate parts inventory Provide descriptions, part #’s, quantities, and time lines when needed. Promote a safe and clean working environment by following clean as you go procedures. 8. Attend and participate in all Engineering, safety, etc. meetings and activities. 9. Continue to promote and utilize the Enterprise Asset Management System by following all 7I procedures and expanding individual use of the system. 10. Ensure that all safety procedures and guidelines are properly adhered to. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or experience High school diploma or GED required. 2 + years of experience as an electrical service technician or in an industrial repair environment with emphasis on electrical wiring and systems. Electricical apprentice -

Key Responsibilities

Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.

Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using hand tools and power tools.

Pull wire through conduit and perform basic wiring connections.

Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.

Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety codes during installation and repair work.

Support troubleshooting efforts and perform basic electrical testing under supervision.

Adhere to company and industry safety standards and regulations.

Keep work areas clean and organized.

Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in a state-approved electrical apprenticeship program.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and materials preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Physically capable of performing electrical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
