Executive Secretary 

Pay: $20+/hour, depending on experience

Seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to executives in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence
• Preparing reports, presentations, and documents
• Communicating with internal and external contacts
• Assisting with projects and deadlines
• Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
• Payroll and budgeting support

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

This job involves applying gtaw welding techniques to produce extremely strong joints on galvanized and stainless-steel ductwork for the Food Production Industry. Must be able to operate tools such as grinders, welding equipment, squares, and drills. You are also responsible for selecting and installing all the consumables for the welding process. Must be knowledgeable in regulating gas flow by turning the flow meter to the appropriate amount. You should also have knowledge of where to set the machine for proper penetration. The job will also entail being able to read and interpret welding blueprints for the layout, measure, and align metal workpieces by using straightedges, clamps, and calipers prior to welding. You will also assess welds to ensure they are clean, free of errors, and in accordance with our quality standards. High school diploma and certification from a recognized Welding School preferred but not required. The major qualities needed to succeed on this job include:_Measurement Skill: Proficient in using various measurement tools to establish the configuration or position of a welding plan._Problem-solving Skill: Assess metal structures to identify and initiate the production of the ductwork.*Must pass pre-employment welding test.

We are currently hiring for 1st shift (5am-1pm) and 3rd shift (9pm-5am). Dorm Staff/Driver/Security positions.

Duties include:
• Driving company vans locally and out of town
• Transporting clients to work and appointments
• Supervising clients and conducting head counts
• Collecting UAs and performing security-related duties
• Basic office/paperwork functions

• Safe driving record
• Mature, responsible, and reliable
• Security/law enforcement experience preferred but **not required—**we will train.

Job Overview: We’re looking for a skilled MIG welder to add to our growing team. In this role, it will be your job to create metal projects that match our clients’ specifications. This production process will require you to complete several key tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints Select the appropriate tools, materials, and gas ratios for different jobs Prepare both metals and work surfaces for the production process Measure, cut, and drill materials to meet the specifications of the project Test the strength of your welds after each has been made Keep your welding tools clean and functional Assist us in maintaining our inventory and the cleanliness of our shop Follow all relevant safety procedures and protocols

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Completion of formal MIG welding training at an accredited institution (can also be satisfied by completing a MIG welder apprenticeship) Familiarity with the most commonly used MIG welding tools, techniques, and materials Willingness to follow all safety procedures Solid levels of physical stamina and strength

Ops Sanitation

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility, including production, warehouse, cooler, freezer, and exterior areas. Performs trash removal, dumpster maintenance, and manages the edible storage area within the cooler. Assists with facility safety inspections by identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance concerns. Monitors pest control activities inside and outside the facility and performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of cleaning and sanitizing solutions required. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a clean, orderly facility and interact professionally with staff and visitors.

General labor - Window tinting

Packer

Processing, packaging, and preparing food products for shipment while following company safety and quality standards. Duties include unloading dehydrated product, inspecting and sorting cooked product, operating slicers and bagging equipment, weighing and sealing bags to specifications, preparing orders for shipment, and palletizing and delivering finished products to the warehouse.

Food production experience preferred. Must be detail-oriented and thorough.

Must be able to stand and walk for 8–9 hours per day and frequently bend, stoop, reach overhead, and kneel. Work may involve various odors, slippery surfaces, and hot, dry environments up to 130°F occasionally and 80°F frequently. Must be available to work overtime and weekends.

General labor - Will clean shop and the lot. Cleaning offices, weed eating,  mow where needed. (probably not much)

3-5 weeks 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

General Labor

Assist with construction and remodeling projects, including demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, material handling, and cleanup. Must be dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working indoors and outdoors, and able to perform physical labor.

Construction or remodeling experience preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Fast paced environment, not like a normal warehouse! Palletizer position involves stacking, organizing, and preparing products on pallets for storage or shipment in a warehouse or production environment. The role requires frequent lifting, bending, twisting, and repetitive physical movement throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

Stack and arrange products on pallets safely and efficiently

Move, sort, and organize materials as needed

Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist with other warehouse or production tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

Ability to frequently bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while remaining productive during slower periods

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

This is a physically demanding position and may require standing and moving for extended periods throughout the shift.
